In this role, you will be a key player in growing our outdoor power business, focusing on building lasting customer relationships and consistently exceeding sales goals. What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales Growth: Manage the full sales cycle for our extensive line of equipment, including turf equipment (zero-turns, Ventrac, tractors) and construction machinery (XCMG skid steers, mini-excavators, and wheel loaders).
- Build Relationships: Actively prospect for new business and cultivate relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring a positive experience that keeps them coming back.
- Become a Product Expert: Master the features and benefits of our product lines and stay informed on competitive units to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Create and Present Solutions: Utilize our quoting tools to prepare accurate and compelling sales proposals that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate and Connect: Work with our marketing team on sales campaigns and represent PowerPro Equipment at trade shows and local sales events.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have at least 2 years of proven retail sales experience in the Outdoor Power, Construction, or Lawn & Garden equipment industry.
- Results-Oriented: You have a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a strong drive to win.
- Customer-Focused: You are naturally positive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a gift for building rapport and understanding customer needs.
- A Clear Communicator: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information clearly and confidently.
- A Problem-Solver: You are organized, financially savvy, and can set priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically Capable: You are able to lift up to 70 pounds and are comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Annual salary range of $50,000 to $100,000+ (includes a base salary of $50K plus commission potential).
