Hiring energetic, eager and knowledgeable sales manager in Ringoes, NJ!

We are expanding our current location known as PowerPro Rents in Ringoes NJ to include more of our product lineup and brand lines for Lawn equipment and Compact tractors. PowerPro Equipment is actively seeking a results-driven Dealership Sales Manager who can deliver excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals and bringing positive management practices to the Ringoes, NJ location to build the outdoor power side of the business.

Do you enjoy Lawn Equipment and Compact Tractors? Do you have knowledge of construction equipment, such as Pettibone lifts, XCMG excavators or the like? Do you like working with people and influencing purchase decisions?

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership while modeling and communicating the company vision for customer service : The PowerPro Advantage
Team Development: Provide feedback, coaching and performance improvement requirements
Promote a clean and safe work environment for both customers and employees
Growth and Retention of customers for Equipment Sales
Manage financial performance and oversee all department inventory, sales and profitability
Manage store personnel schedules; which may require being available outside of normal hours

Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
Demonstrated retail sales experience: dealership experience preferred.
Positive attitude, exuding courtesy and helpfulness.
Demonstrated Financial Acumen required.
Organized and detail oriented; ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in all weather conditions.

Experience & Education:

College Degree in Business or Marketing preferred; HS diploma required.
5 years power equipment experience preferred.
Ability to demonstrate a strong sales performance.

Salary: commensurate with experience + bonus
